Also a little impressed with the new Calvin Klein ad which, as per, is receiving a lot of negative attention for the controversial use of models (I think we've all seen worse - "Deutsche" anyone?)
News of the Screws - had a little toddle on the beach yesterday with the girls and then a shimmy at the Cavern in Exeter. Saw lots of gorgeous faces and the usual crowd but feeling a little dejected at the thought of possibly never having a night out there again. Subjected myself to the usual routine of walking home barefoot across glass-strewn pavements at silly:am in the morning because I never want to go to bed when I should and am now convinced I probably steppped on a needle or something. I wish I were little again and could have the doctor fix me up and send me away with a lollipop...LIKE THIS -

For those of you who actually know me you will know that I literally have dresses and sequins hung all over my walls and that I'm already collecting certain pieces which I hope to frame behind glass and hang as art when I eventually get a place of my own. I'm now toying with the idea of also spray-painting the chanel logo on material and draping the walls instead of leaving them bare. Fire hazard, but then I think coco would also turn in her grave if she knew that the cigarette on the promo poster for "Coco Avent Chanel" was replaced with a pen to discourage smoking in France and this lady spent 30 years of her life in what could only have been the most flammable suite in the Ritz - approval.
Oh and one last little thing - how fabulous is this?
